What foods to feed a baby when starting out on a vegan lifestyle. We are going through a phase where we are changing from meat to vegetarian / vegan. I have seen many babies that over the past 5 years have grown in a amazing and intellectual way while avoiding altogether milk (cow) based products and meat. This is not something easy to do based on the country, geographical location, society and more. With that in mind, what are some of the foods that can be fed to the baby that will help her maintain a vegan lifestyle.
