As I'm going vegan,  I would need to replace protein sources from meat to other vegetal products. When I was eating meat, I didn't pay any attention to how much protein I ate.

But in a vegan diet, I feel that I would have to look at it a bit closer.

- What is the recommended (or minimum) protein intake that a vegan adult should take on daily basis?
- How do I "translate" this amount of protein in quantity of, for example, beans?

I ask because I fear to not take enough or to take too much.
